This is a unique program where you purchase a new Electric Vehicle (EV) from a Ridoji showroom and then enroll it into our professionally managed fleet. We rent the vehicle out to delivery partners, and you, as the owner, receive a fixed monthly rental income for a guaranteed period of four years.
The monthly rental is fixed as per the agreement. It's not based on the vehicle's usage or performance. We guarantee this amount regardless of how many days the vehicle is in use, providing you with a stable and predictable income stream.
Our model is designed to provide a projected Return on Investment (ROI) of up to 301% over the four-year agreement period, through a combination of the monthly rental income and the final buyback guarantee.
You, the investor, are the sole and absolute owner of the vehicle. The vehicle is registered in your name, and you hold all ownership. documents.
The Company handles all operational hassles. We are responsible for all standard maintenance, servicing, and minor repairs. We use genuine parts and ensure the vehicle is always in optimal condition.
We ensure every vehicle in our fleet has comprehensive insurance, with you as the beneficiary. In the event of damage or theft, we manage the entire claim process with the insurance company on your behalf.
The agreement can be terminated early with a written notice as per the terms in the contract. However, early termination may incur a penalty, as detailed in the agreement.
At the end of the four-year agreement, you have the option to sell the vehicle back to the Company at a pre-agreed buyback price. This guarantees a final return on your initial investment and removes the hassle of finding a buyer. The guaranteed buyback amount is 10% of the original vehicle cost.
